Round 4 of the PS4 National Premier League sees Modbury return to Jet Park on Saturday 7 March for its home clash with Adelaide Comets in the first of two long-weekend fixtures (we travel to Campbelltown on Monday for the second). Kickoff is at 3:00pm.

After an outstanding performance away to reigning champions Croydon last Saturday, the Jets will be expecting all three points at home this weekend. While happy with the draw at Croydon, we were perhaps unlucky not to come away with a win but it was the quality of our performance that was most satisfying.

Comets have made a solid start to the season with two wins from the opening three rounds and will no doubt prove to be a difficult opponent.

Modbury and Comets last played in a competitive fixture during the 2010 Premier League season (the then second tier of the FFSA). During that season the Jets won 4-1 away and 2-1 at home on their way to being crowned Premier League champions.
